Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days
Orders placed on a bank holiday or weekend will be processed on the next working day
You can cancel/amend your order within 24 hours of it being placed.
Refunds are accepted (except for earrings, which cannot be returned unless faulty) within 14 days of the item being received by us.
The item must be returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged, you should inform us on the same day. We will then arrange return of the item along with a replacement or refund.

Full name / address / email address / reason for return.
You must ensure that all details you enter whilst shopping with us are correct. Story and Silver cannot be responsible for any lost items due to an error in details entered.

We currently only deliver items to within the UK
Story and Silver Limited advise that orders over the value of £50 should be sent via Special Delivery.
Please note that our jewellery items are not suitable for children due to the small parts used.
These small parts may present a choking hazard.
Your consumer rights are not affected.
